10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்பு செய்முறைத் தேர்வு நாளை தொடக்கம்

சென்னை 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கான பொதுத்தேர்வு மே மாதம் நடத் தப்படவுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதவுள்ள மாண வர்களுக்கான செய்முறைத் தேர்வு நாளை (ஏப்.25) தொடங்கி மே 2 வரை நடக்கிறது. மாநிலம் முழுவதும் சுமார் 19 லட்சம் மாணவர்கள் இந்தத் தேர்வை எழுதவுள்ளனர்.

இதையடுத்து தேர்வுத் துறை பல்வேறு வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறை களை வழங்கியுள்ளது. வழக்க மாக 3 மணி நேரம் நடத்தப்படும் செய்முறைத் தேர்வு, பள்ளிகளின் பரிந்துரையின்படி நடப்பாண்டு முதல் 2 மணி நேரமாகக் குறைக் கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Considering the Corono period, the subjects for tenth and twelfth graders were reduced by 30 per cent and only 70 per cent of the sections were conducted.

Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi has said that questions will be asked only from the subjects completed in the 10th and 12th class general examinations.

The Corono impact has had a variety of impacts on students ’learning assignments. Schools for classes 10 and 12 were started last September after two years of no direct classes.

Following the re-emergence of the disease, schools were closed again in January and fully reopened from March 1 to 12. Classes are currently being held directly.

The school education department announced the diversion exams for 10th and 12th grade students who are facing the general exam in such a situation. Accordingly 2 diversion tests have been conducted and completed. Questions were asked only from the units that were completed in it.

Based on this, students and teachers have demanded that questions be asked only from the subjects completed in the Class X and XII general examinations. Especially in subjects like Mathematics out of a total of 12 cases only 8 units have been conducted and completed. Conducted 4 units not completed. Already considering the Corono period the subjects for tenth and twelfth graders were reduced by 30 per cent and only 70 per cent were conducted. It is on this basis that the demand has arisen that questions should be asked from the lessons which the teachers have now conducted and completed the lessons for the students.

School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh had a false consultation with the District Primary Education Officers. He told reporters that there was no need to formulate an education policy for the state based on the new education policy laid down by the central government.

The committee set up by the Tamil Nadu government to formulate state education policy has excellent experts. Therefore, the state education policy of Tamil Nadu will set an example for other states, he said.

He said questions would not be asked from subjects which were not completed by conducting Class X and XII general examinations. 10 மற்றும் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வில் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்ட பாடங்களிலிருந்து மட்டுமே கேள்விகள் கேட்டப்படும் என்று பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

கொரொனோ தாக்கம் பல்வேறு பாதிப்புகளை மாணவர்களுடைய கற்றல் பணிகளில் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இரண்டு ஆண்டுகாலம் நேரடியாக வகுப்புகள் நடைபெறாத நிலையில் கடந்த செப்டம்பர் மாதம் முதல் 10, 12 ஆம் வகுப்புகளுக்கு பள்ளிகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டன.

அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து மீண்டும் நோய்த்தொற்று அதிகரித்ததன் காரணமாக ஜனவரி மாதத்தில் மீண்டும் பள்ளிகள் மூடப்பட்டு மார்ச் மாதம் பள்ளிகள் முழுமையாக 1 முதல் 12ம் வகுப்பு வரை திறக்கப்பட்டது. தொடர்ந்து தற்போது நேரடியாக வகுப்புகள் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. இத்தகைய சூழ்நிலையில் பொதுத்தேர்வை எதிர்கொள்ள உள்ள 10 மற்றும் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு திருப்புதல் தேர்வுகளை பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அறிவித்தது. அதன்படி 2 திருப்புதல் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதில் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்ட அலகுகளில் இருந்து மட்டுமே கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்பட்டன.

இதனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு பத்து மற்றும் பன்னிரெண்டாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வில் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்ட பாடங்களிலிருந்து மட்டுமே கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்பட வேண்டும் என மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் கோரிக்கை வைத்துள்ளனர். குறிப்பாக கணிதம் போன்ற பாடங்களில் மொத்தம் உள்ள 12 வழக்குகளில் 8 அலகுகள் மட்டுமே நடத்தி முடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 4 அலகுகள் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்படவில்லை.

ஏற்கனவே கொரொனோ காலகட்டத்தை கருத்தில் கொண்டு பத்து மற்றும் பன்னிரெண்டாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு 30 சதவீத பாடங்கள் குறைக்கப்பட்டு 70 சதவீத பகுதிகள் மட்டுமே நடத்தப்பட்டன. இந்த அடிப்படையிலேயே தற்போது ஆசிரியர்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடங்களை நடத்தி முடித்துள்ளனர் என்பதால் தான், நடத்தி முடித்துள்ள பாடங்களிலிருந்து கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்கிற கோரிக்கை எழுந்துள்ளது. மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுடன் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி ஆலோசனை நடத்தினார். அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசிய அவர், மத்திய அரசு வகுத்துள்ள புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கை சார்ந்து அதன் அடிப்படையில் மாநிலத்திற்கான கல்விக் கொள்கையை உருவாக்க தேவையில்லை.

மாநில கல்வி கொள்கையை உருவாக்குவதற்கு தமிழக அரசு அமைத்துள்ள குழுவில் சிறந்த வல்லுநர்கள் உள்ளனர். எனவே மற்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கு முன்னுதாரணமாக தமிழகத்தின் மாநில கல்விக்கொள்கை விளங்கும் என கூறினார் .

பத்து மற்றும் பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வு நடத்தி முடிக்கப்படாத பாடங்களிலிருந்து கேள்விகள் இடம் பெறாது என்று கூறினார். தற்போது நடைபெற்று முடிந்துள்ள 2 திருப்புதல் தேர்வுகளில் குறிப்பிட்ட பாடங்களில் இருந்து மட்டுமே கேள்விகள் இடம் பெற்றதால் பொதுத்தேர்வில் நடத்தி முடிக்கப் படாத பாடங்களிலிருந்து கேள்விகள் இடம் பெறுவது முறையாக இருக்காது என்று பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி தெரிவித்தார்.
