அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் 6- 12ம் வகுப்பு வரை பயின்று உயர்கல்வி பயிலும் மாணவிகளுக்கு “புதுமைப் பெண்” திட்டத்தின் மூலம் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் 7ம் தேதி ரூ.1000 வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
அதன்படி மாணவிகளின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் பணம் வரவு வைக்கும் பணி தொடங்கியுள்ளதாக தெரிகிறது.
எனவே, “புதுமைப் பெண்” திட்டத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்த மாணவிகள், தங்களின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் பணம் வந்துவிட்டதா என்பதை உடனே செக் பண்ணுங்க

*சமீபத்தில் ஆட்டோ ஓட்டுநர் ஒருவரின் கணக்கில் ₹9000 கோடி செலுத்தப்பட்டு, திரும்ப பெறப்பட்டது சர்சையான நிலையில் ராஜினாமா*
*ஆனால் இதுவரை அந்தப் பணம் தொடர்பான எந்த விளக்கத்தையும் வங்கி அளிக்கவில்லை.*
Sub: Resignation of Managing Director and CEO - Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and we would like to inform that Shri.S.Krishnan
(DIN:07261965), Managing Director and CEO of the Bank vide his letter dated September 28, 2023, tendered his resignation citing personal reasons.
The Board of Directors of the Bank in their meeting held today i.e., September 28, 2023, has accepted the resignation of Shri.S.Krishnan (DIN: 07261965) from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Bank and forwarded the same to RBI for their guidance / advice.
Shri. S.Krishnan (DIN: 07261965), shall continue to be the MD&CEO, till the guidance / advice received form RBI, which shall be intimated in due course of time.
The letter of resignation received from Shri.S.Krishnan (DIN: 07261965) is enclosed herewith.
The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7C) of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) and SEBI Circular Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith.
