Withdrawal of cases Hon'ble Chief Minister's announcement on the floor of Legislative Assembly while moving the demand for grant relating to Police Department on 13.9.2021- Withdrawal of cases registered against the NEET (2014-2021) and TASMAC (2011-2021) agitations-Orders - Issued.

ORDER

The Hon'ble Chief Minister while moving the demand for grant relating to Police Department has made the following announcement on the floor of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly on 13.09.2021:

நீட் தேர்வு மற்றும் டாஸ்மாக் மதுக்கடைகளுக்கு எதிரான போராட்டம் நடத்தியவர்கள் மீது முத்தைய அரசால் புதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட வழக்குகளை திரும்பப் பெறநடடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்:

2. The Director General of Police in the letters first read above has furnished the details of cases registered against the protestors, who involved in NEET (2014-2021) and TASMAC (2011-2021) agitations for withdrawal of prosecution alongwith the opinion of the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Chennal.
