அரசு அலுவலகங்கள் வாரத்தில் 06 நாட்கள் இயங்கி வந்த நிலையில் இனி 05 [திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை] மட்டுமே இயங்கும் வகையில் அரசாணை வெளியீடு
During the period of lock down due to COVID - 19 pandemic , the schedule for office functioning in all Government offices were made as six - day working week including Saturdays as working days with present office timings , in the G.O. first read above . It was also ordered in the said G.O. that all Government offices shall function with half the work force ( i.e. 50 % ) .
2.Subsequently , the Government offices functioning with 50 % strength were permitted to function with 100 % strength with effect from 01.09.2020 vide G.O. second read above . 3.The Government hereby order that the present six - day working week including Saturday be modified and reverted back to five - day working week with 100 % strength and with the present office timings ; with effect from 01.01.2021 and orders accordingly .
