EMIS - Students Admission OTP METHOD

Students Admission OTP METHOD

Based on all your inputs and feedback, a new feature to reduce your workload with respect to Student Raise Request is being rolled out today. As per the design of this module, the new steps for Student Raise Request are as follows._

🌷 Receiving HM raises request for student by searching for the student details.

🌷 Receiving HM shall click on 'Raise request' button. This will trigger an OTP to the parent's mobile number.

🌷 Parent can convey the OTP to the receiving HM to confirm that they want the student to be admitted in their school WITHIN 3 DAYS. 🌷 Receiving HM to enter the OTP in the OTP submission module (new tab next to the Admission Tab)

🌷 On successful entry of OTP, the student will be moved to common pool.

🌷 Receiving HM can admit the student from the Common Pool to their school like any other student.

As per this new process,NO ACTION NEEDED from the HM of the current school or by the DC. The admission process can be completed by the receiving HM and the parent alone.
