Vacancy Notification for Recruitment in NTA on Deputation 2023

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts in the National Testing Agency (NTA) on deputation basis/foreign service terms:

2. The vacancies shown in this vacancy notification are indicative, which may increase or decrease.

3. The Recruitment Rules for the above-mentioned Posts, containing the Eligibility Criteria, etc, are enclosed in Annexure-I, for reference.

4. The Duties & Responsibilities (in brief) of the above-mentioned posts are mentioned in Annexure-II, for reference.

5. The terms & conditions on deputation/foreign service shall be regulated as per the extant Instructions of DoPT, vide OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17 June, 2010 as amended from time-to-time. 6. The maximum age limit to apply for the above said posts is 56 years as on closing date of application.

7. Candidates should fulfill the educational qualifications, experience and other criteria as on the closing date of application.

8. The officers having regular service in substantive post in pay levels required as per eligibility conditions of the recruitment rules for concerned posts are eligible to apply. Officers getting desired level of pay under ACP/MACP/Adhoc are not eligible to apply.

9. Applications which do not meet eligibility criteria given in the vacancy notification or found incomplete/deficient, will be summarily rejected. Application not received through proper channel will not be considered.

10. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria would not entitle a Candidate to claim for Interview or selection against any post. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for Skill Test (wherever applicable)/Interview and shall be required to submit the necessary documents in support of Age, Qualifications, Service Record/Experience, etc. and get the originals of the same verified at the time of Interview. If any candidate is found ineligible while verifying the documents, shall not be allowed to take up interview.

11. Candidates should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered with, fabricated or suppress any material information while registering the application and submitting the certified copies/testimonials. 12. Decision of the NTA in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final.

13. The National Testing Agency (NTA) reserves the right to amend/change/delete/cancel any of the condition/guidelines at any stage of the process.

14. NTA also reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process as a whole or at any stage thereof for any of the posts without any prior notice or without assigning any reason thereof. 15. Online Application can be submitted by 31st August 2023.

As per the Notification (No.14/2019 dated 27.11.2019), the Board conducted the Computer Based online Examination (CBT) from 08.12.2021 to 13.12.2021 for all the subjects which were Notified. The Board released the Lists of Candidates short-listed for Provisional selection in 1:1 ratio for 15 subjects in the Teachers Recruitment Board’s website on 22.07.2022 and 30.07.2022.

As per the Board decision on 18.08.2022, the board has analysed the grievances/representations of the Candidates and accordingly addition/deletion has been made in the Provisional Selection Lists of the following subjects.

The appointment orders for the provisionally selected candidates will be issued separately by the user Department concerned after satisfying all conditions for appointment.

முதுகலைப் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்/உடற்கல்வி இயக்குநர் நிலை 1/ கணினிப் பயிற்றுநர் நிலை-1 நேரடி நியமனம் 2020-2021

பத்திரிக்கைச் செய்தி

2020-2021 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதுகலைப் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் / உடற்கல்வி இயக்குநர் நிலை 1 கணினிப் பயிற்றுநர் நிலை1 நேரடி நியமனத்திற்கான அறிவிக்கை (Notification) எண். 01/2021 ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தால் 09.09.2021 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது. அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து 12.02.2022 முதல் 2002.2022 வரை கணிணி வழித்தேர்வுகள் (Computer Based Examination) நடத்தப்பட்டு தேர்வு முடிவுகள் 04,07-2022 அன்று இவ்வாரியத்தால் வெளியிடப்பட்டன.

தற்போது விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு ஆயத்த பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. அறிவிக்கையின்போது முதுகலைப் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியருக்கான கல்வித் தகுதிகளை தமிழ்வழியில் ளதாக சில விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். ஆனால், அதற்குரிய ஆவணங்களை விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது முறையாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவில்லை. எனவே, முதுகலைப்பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கு விண்ணப்பித்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள். தாங்கள் தமிழ்வழியில் பயின்றதற்கான ஆவணங்களை அரசாணை (நிலை) எண். 82, மனிதவள மேலாண்மை (எஸ்) துறை நாள் 16.08.2021 -ன் இணைப்பில் கண்ட படிவத்தில் அனைத்து ஆவணங்களையும் 1ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 10ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை தமிழில் பயின்றதற்கான சான்று, 11-12ஆம் வகுப்பு / டிப்ளமோ படிப்பு தமிழில் பயின்றதற்கான சான்று. இளங்கலைப் பட்டத்தினை (UG Degree) தமிழில் பயின்றதற்கான சான்று, முதுகலைப் பட்டத்தினை (PG Degree) தமிழில் பயின்றதற்கான சான்று. கல்வியியல் இளங்கலைப் பட்டத்தினை (B.Ed. Degree) தமிழில் பயின்றதற்கான சான்று மற்றும் உடற்கல்வி இயக்குநர் பணியிடத்திற்கு விண்ணப்பித்தவர்கள் இளங்கலைப் பட்டம் மற்றும் முதுகலை (BPEd. Degree மற்றும் MPEd.. Degree) கல்வித் தகுதிகளை தமிழ் வழியில் பயின்றதற்கான சான்று உரிய அலுவலரின் மேலொப்பத்துடன் பெற்று தயார் நிலையில் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய அறிவிக்கையில் தெரிவித்துள்ளவாறு உரிய படிவத்தில் பெற்று வைத்திருக்குமாறு தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. விண்ணப்பத்தில் ஏற்கனவே, தமிழ்வழி ஒதுக்கீட்டுக்கான கோரிக்கை 'ஆம்' என பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே இவ்வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

எனவே, மனுதாரர்கள் தங்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தில் உள்ள இவ்விவரத்தினை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு மட்டுமே இவ்வாய்ப்பினை பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள முடியும் என தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இணையதளத்தில் உரிய மாதிரிப் படிவங்கள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்திட 2208.2022 முதல் 25.08.2022 பிற்பகல் 5 மணி வரை வாய்ப்பு அளிக்கப்படும். உரிய இணையதள முகவரி குறித்து பத்திரிக்கைச் செய்தி மற்றும் இணையதளத்தில் அறிவிக்கப்படும்.
