தமிழகத்தில் ஐஏஎஸ் அதிகாரிகளை மாற்றி தலைமைச் செயலாளர் வெ.இறையன்பு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்

*போக்குவரத்துத் துறை கூடுதல் செயலராக இருக்கும் பணீந்திர ரெட்டிக்கு இயற்கை வளங்கள் துறை செயலராக கூடுதலாக ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.*

*போக்குவரத்துத் துறை ஆணையராக சண்முகசுந்திரம், சமூக நலத்துறை மற்றும் பெண்கள் அதிகாரமளிப்புத்துறை ஆணையராக ஜெயகாந்தன் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.*

*மதுவிலக்கு மற்று ஆயத்தீர்வைத்துறை ஆணையராக ரத்னா, புவியியல் மற்றும் கனிமவளத்துறை இயக்குநராக நிர்மல்ராஜ் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.*

*மதுரை மாநகராட்சி ஆணையராக இருந்த சிம்ரன்ஜீத் சிங், சென்னை பெருநகர குடிநீர் வழங்கல் மற்றும் கழிவு நீரகற்று வாரிய செயல் இயக்குநராக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளார்.*

ORDER:

Under Rule 4 (2) of the IAS (Cadre) Rules, 1954, sanction is accorded for the creation of a temporary post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Natural Resources Department in the Chief Secretary Grade of IAS for a period of one year with effect from the date of appointment, or till the need for it ceases, whichever is earlier. 2. The following additional charge arrangement is notified:-

Thiru K. Phanindra Reddy, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Transport Department shall hold full additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Natural Resources Department created in the Government Order first read above and the post referred to in para 1 above.

3. The following transfers and postings are notified:-

(1) Thiru A. Shanmuga Sundram, IAS, formerly Registrar of Cooperative Societies is posted as Commissioner of Transport vice Thiru L. Nirmalraj, IAS;

The orders issued in para 2 (xvi) of the Government Order second read above, posting Thiru A. Shanmuga Sundaram, IAS, as Director of Backward Classes Welfare is hereby cancelled.

(ii) Thiru L. Nirmalraj, IAS, Commissioner of Transport is transferred and posted as Director of Geology and Mining vice Thiru J. Jayakanthan, IAS;

(iii) Thiru J. Jayakanthan, IAS, Commissioner of Geology and Mining is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Social Welfare and Women Empowerment vice Tmt. D. Rathna, IAS;

(iv) Tmt. D. Rathna, IAS, Director of Social Welfare and Women Empowerment is transferred and posted as Director of Prohibition and Excise vice Dr. S. Visakan, IAS, holding additional charge; 4. The Services of Thiru K. J. Praveen Kumar, IAS, Additional Collector (Dev) / Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Ramanathapuram is placed at the disposal of Corporation of Madurai for appointment as its Commissioner vice Thiru Simranjeet Singh Kahlon, IAS;

5. The services of Thiru Simranjeet Singh Kahlon, IAS, Commissioner, Corporation of Madurai is placed at the disposal of Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board for appointment as its Executive Director vice Thiru Rajagopal Sunkara, IAS, transferred;

6. The Services of Thiru S. Balachander, IAS, Additional Collector (Dev)/ Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Salem is placed at the disposal of Corporation of Salem for appointment as its Commissioner vice Thiru T. Christuraj, IAS, transferred.

7. Under Rule 12 (1) of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016 the Government declare that the temporary post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Natural Resources Department created in the para 1 above be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of "Chief Secretary to Government" specified in Schedule II-A of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016.

8. The terms and conditions of deputation of Thiru K. J. Praveen Kumar, IAS; Thiru Simranjeet Singh Kahlon, IAS; and Thiru S. Balachander, IAS on foreign service, will be governed as per the orders issued in G.O. Ms.No.167, Public (Special A) Department, dated 21.02.1994.
