தொடக்க கல்வியில் டிப்ளமோ படித்தவர்களையே ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமிக்க வேண்டும் - உச்சநீதிமன்றம்
தேசிய ஆசிரியர் கல்வி கவுன்சில், பி.எட். பட்டம் பெற்றவர்கள் தொடக்கப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் பதவிக்கு நியமனம் பெற தகுதியுடையவர்களாக கருதப்படுவார்கள் என்று கடந்த 2018ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிவிப்பாணை வெளியிட்டது. இதையும் படிக்க | B.Ed ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு அதிர்ச்சியளிக்கும் தீர்ப்பு Court Order
இதனை எதிர்த்து உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டது. இந்த வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதிகள், கல்வி உரிமை சட்டம் என்பது இலவசம் மற்றும் கட்டாயம் என்பது மட்டுமின்றி தரமான கல்வியையும் உள்ளடக்கியது என்று கருத்து தெரிவித்தனர்.
பி.எட் பட்டதாரிகள் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கற்பிப்பதற்கான பயிற்சியை பெறாத நிலையில், அவர்களை ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமிப்பது தரமான கல்வியை வழங்குவதில் சமரசம் செய்ததாக மாறிவிடும் என்று கண்டனம் தெரிவித்தனர்
எனவே, தொடக்க கல்வியில் டிப்ளமோ படித்தவர்களையே ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமிக்க வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிட்ட நீதிபதிகள், தேசிய ஆசிரியர் கல்வி கவுன்சிலின் 2018 ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிவிப்பாணையையும் ரத்து செய்தனர்.

Degree Examinations, April 2023 for Semester Pattern are scheduled for the University Departments and the Affiliated Colleges of this University as per the time table already uploaded in the website of TNTEU.
The Hall Tickets & Nominal Rolls for the above examinations can be downloaded by the Principals by using the given below Link.
Further, the Principals are requested to issue the Hall-Tickets & Nominal Rolls to the candidates concerned and duly countersigned by the Principal of the College subject to the fulfillment of attendance requirements.
