Circular sent by Naresh, Associate Director of School Education (Staff) to all District Primary Education Officers:
The government should prepare and send expeditiously the list of intermediate, physical education teachers and special teachers who are eligible for the post of graduate teacher in high and secondary schools.
Course wise list should be prepared as on last Jan.1. Dual graduates, those subject to disciplinary action, and those pending complaints should not be nominated. The names of those who qualify should not be omitted. In the event of a complaint of omission, the relevant primary education authorities are responsible. Therefore, it is necessary to pay extra attention to this and complete the tasks.
All primary education officials must submit a list with their signatures on the dates allotted to the respective districts from Apr. 27 to 30.
அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பதவி உயர்வுக்கு, தகுதியானவர்களின் விவரங்களை அனுப்ப பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
இதுகுறித்து அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகளுக்கும் பள்ளிக் கல்வி இணை இயக்குநர் (பணியாளர் தொகுதி) நரேஷ் அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கை:
அரசு உயர்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பதவிக்கு தகுதி பெற்ற இடைநிலை, உடற்கல்விஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் சிறப்பு ஆசிரியர்கள் விவரப் பட்டியலை தயாரித்து துரிதமாக அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும். கடந்த ஜன.1-ம் தேதி நிலவரப்படி பாட வாரியாக பட்டியல் தயாரிக்க வேண்டும். இரட்டைப் பட்டம் பெற்றவர்கள், ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கைக்கு ஆளானவர்கள், புகார்கள் நிலுவையில் உள்ளவர்களை பரிந்துரைக்க கூடாது. தகுதியானவர்களின் பெயர் விடுபடக்கூடாது. விடுபட்டதாக புகார் வந்தால், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகளே பொறுப்பு. எனவே, இதில் கூடுதல் கவனம் செலுத்தி பணிகளை முடிக்க வேண்டும்.
ஏப்.27 முதல் 30 வரை அந்தந்த மாவட்டங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கிய தேதிகளில் தங்கள் கையொப்பத்துடன் பட்டியலை அனைத்து முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகளும் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
