TNPSC - 25.02.2023 அன்று நடைபெற்ற ஒருங்கிணைந்த குடிமைப் பணிகள்- II முதன்மைத் தேர்வு குறித்த தேர்வாணைய விளக்கம் - தொடர்பாக

ஒருங்கிணைந்த குடிமைப்பணிகள் தேர்வு -2 (தொகுதி-2 & 2A)ன் முதன்மை எழுத்துத் தேர்வு 25.02.2023 முப் & பிப) அன்று 20 மாவட்டத் தேர்வு மையங்களில் நடைபெற்றது. இந்த முதன்மைத் தேர்வு பின்வரும் இரு தாட்களை உள்ளடக்கியது:

1. தாள் 1 - கட்டாயத் தமிழ்மொழி தகுதித் தாள் - முற்பகல்

2. தாள் - 2 - பொது அறிவுத்தாள் - பிற்பகல் (நேர்முகத் தேர்விற்கு / தெரிவிற்கு தாள் 2ல் பெறப்படும் மதிப்பெண்கள் மட்டுமே கருத்தில் கொள்ளப்படும்)

வேறுபாட்டின் வருகைப்பதிவேட்டில் உள்ள தேர்வர்களின் பதிவெண்களின் வரிசையிலும், வினாத்தாட்களில் உள்ள வரிசையிலும் இருந்த பதிவெண்களின் காரணமாக காலை வினாத்தாட்கள் காலதாமதம் ஏற்பட்டது. இதனை ஈடுசெய்யும் தேர்வர்களுக்கு கூடுதல் நேரம் வழங்கப்பட்டு முற்பகல் தேர்வுகள் நடைபெற்று முடிந்தது. வழங்குவதில் பொருட்டு பிற்பகல் தேர்வு நேரம், 2.30 மணிக்குத் துவங்கி 5.30 மணி வரை நடைபெறும் வகையில் மறுவரையறை செய்யப்பட்டது. அதன்படி பிற்பகல் தேர்வானது துவங்கப்பட்டு அனைத்து தேர்வு மையங்களிலும் சீராக எவ்வித இடர்பாடுமின்றி நடைபெற்று முடிந்தது. பிற்பகல் தேர்வில் 94.30% தேர்வர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர். முற்பகல் தேர்வானது கட்டாயத் தமிழ் தகுதித் தேர்வாகுமாகையால் இத்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது மட்டுமே போதுமானது மற்றும் இம்மதிப்பெண்கள் தரவரிசைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது. இது தகுதித்தேர்வுமட்டுமே என்பதுடன் தேர்வாணையத்தின் முன் அனுபவத்தின்படி 98% ற்கும் கூடுதலான தேர்வர்கள் தேர்வாணையத்தால் நடத்த்ப்பட்ட தமிழ் தகுதித் தேர்வில் பெற்றுள்ளனர். இருப்பினும், தேர்வர்களுக்கு முற்பகல் தேர்வில் ஏற்பட்ட சிரமங்களைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, தேர்வர்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகள் சரியான முறையில் விடைத்தாட்கள் திருத்தும்போது, கருத்தில் கொள்ளப்படும். தேர்ச்சி தேர்வாணையத்தின் உடனடி அறிவுறுத்தல்களின்படி, பிற்பகல் தேர்விற்கான முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டமையால், பிற்பகல் தரவரிசைக்கு கருதப்படும் தாள்-II பொதுஅறிவுத்தாள் தேர்வானது எவ்வித இடையூறுமின்றி அனைத்து தேர்வுமையங்களிலும் சுமுகமாக நடைபெற்று முடிந்தது. மேலும் இந்த தாள்-IIல் தேர்வர்கள் பெறும் மதிப்பெண்கள் மட்டுமே தரவரிசைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும். இந்த வினாத்தாள் மற்றும் விடைத்தாள் தொகுப்பிற்கும், வருகைப்பதிவேட்டிற்கும் இடையிலான வரிசை வேறுபாடே முற்பகல் தேர்வில் காலதாமததிற்குக் காரணம். இந்த வேறுபாடு ஏற்படக் காரணமான அனைவர் மீதும் தேர்வாணையம் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளும்.

The Main Written Examination for the posts included in the Combined Civil Services Examination – II (Group II & IIA) was conducted on 25.02.2023 FN and AN in twenty district centres in the State.

The Main written examination comprises of the following two papers:

1. Paper – I - Compulsory Tamil Eligibility Test in Forenoon

2. Paper -II - General Studies in Afternoon

(Marks secured in Paper – II (General Studies) alone will be considered for Interview / Selection)

The difference in sequence of arrangement in attendance sheet order and the question booklet order caused delay in distribution of question booklets to the candidates in the Forenoon session.

The issue was resolved and examination conducted in all the centres. Additional time to the candidates corresponding to the delay in the commencement of examination in the Forenoon session was granted.

The Afternoon session examination was rescheduled to commence from 2.30PM to 5.30PM. Accordingly the Afternoon examination was commenced and examination was conducted smoothly without any untoward incidents. Totally 94.30% of eligible candidates have attended the examination The Forenoon examination is compulsory Tamil eligibility paper and it is qualifying exam only and the marks of the Tamil eligibility paper are not considered for ranking. Tamil Eligibility paper is only a qualifying examination and based on the previous examination results of the Commission more than 98% of candidates have successfully cleared the Tamil Eligibility paper. Due to the inconvenience as faced by candidates in the Forenoon session Tamil eligibility paper, the genuine concerns of candidates will be addressed duly during the paper evaluation.

Since the re-sequencing arrangement was carried out sufficiently in advance as per the instructions of the Commission in time, the Afternoon session Paper-II – General Studies examination was conducted smoothly, the marks scored in Paper – II General Studies Afternoon session alone will be considered for ranking of successful candidates.

The mismatch of sequence between the Question cum Answer Booklet and attendance sheet led to delay in the forenoon session and Commission has decided to take strict action against all concerned responsible for this mismatch of sequence in the morning session.
