Commenting on the guidelines on conducting general examinations, Minister Mahesh Poyamoli said that all district primary education officers have been instructed to conduct the general examinations for Classes 10, Plus 1 and Plus 2 in May with due diligence and without any room for controversy. In particular, the second diversion exam for the Plus 2 class is currently underway. It has been reported that the question paper for the accounting course which is going on today has been released. Students are not affected by the release of this questionnaire. The questions featured in the published questionnaire will not be included in today's exam. A different questionnaire will be provided.
Further, steps have been taken to find out who was involved in the issue of the release of this questionnaire. Arrangements have been made to keep the questionnaires in rooms without windows so that the questionnaires will not be published in future. That is, police security has been arranged at 1200 questionnaire control centers. Advice has been given to prevent students from engaging in disorderly conduct and irregularities during the general examination. Steps have been taken to prevent students from looking and writing.
For this, a flying force of 3500 people is being set up this year as well. Selection centers will be set up as required. Adequate facilities will be made available at all examination centers. Security arrangements are also to be made. Of the dilapidated school buildings in Tamil Nadu, 10,000 have already been demolished. Soon the remaining dilapidated buildings will be demolished. Arrangements have been made for students studying on the demolished school premises to study in nearby rented buildings. Appropriate action will be taken against whoever erred in the matter of publication of Phase II Diversion Examination Question Paper. Government School students who are about to write the NEED exam are being trained by Hi Tech Lab. Appropriate steps are also being taken to formulate a state education policy. A committee will be set up soon. Since the general examination is important in the next move for the life of the students, the examinations will be concluded by giving more importance to the general election without giving place to any controversy. மாணவர்கள் வாழ்வில் முக்கிய திருப்பமாக இருக்கும் பொதுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கு அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து, எந்தவித சச்சரவுகளுக்கும் இடம் கொடுக்காமல் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்படும் என்று பள்ளிக்கல்வி அமைச்சர் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி தெரிவித்தார். தமிழகத்தில் மே மாதம் நடக்க உள்ள பொதுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை செய்வது தொடர்பான ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டம் சென்னை கோட்டூர்புரம் அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகத்தில் நேற்று நடந்தது. பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி தலைமை தாங்கினார். தேர்வுத்துறை இயக்குனர் சேதுராம வர்மா, அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர். பொதுத்தேர்வுகள் நடத்துவது குறித்த வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் குறித்து அமைச்சர் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி கூறியதாவது: மே மாதம் நடக்க உள்ள 10, பிளஸ் 1, பிளஸ் 2 வகுப்புகளுக்கான பொதுத் தேர்வுகளை எந்த குழப்பமும், சச்சரவுகளுக்கும் இடம் கொடுக்காமல் பாதுகாப்புடன் உரிய வழிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றி நடத்த அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. குறிப்பாக, தற்போது பிளஸ் 2 வகுப்புக்கான இரண்டாம் திருப்புதல் தேர்வு நடக்கிறது. இன்று நடக்கிற கணக்கு பாடத்துக்கான கேள்வித்தாள் வெளியானதாக தகவல் வந்துள்ளது. இந்த கேள்வித்தாள் வெளியானதால் மாணவர்களுக்கு எந்த பாதிப்பும் இல்லை. வெளியான கேள்வித்தாளில் இடம்பெற்ற கேள்விகள் இன்றைய தேர்வில் இடம்பெறாது. வேறு கேள்வித்தாள் வழங்கப்படும்.
மேலும், இந்த கேள்வித்தாள் வெளியான விவகாரத்தில் யார் தொடர்பு கொண்டுள்ளார்கள் என்று கண்டுபிடிக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வரும் காலத்தில் கேள்வித்தாள்கள் வெளியாகாத வகையில் ஜன்னல்கள் இல்லாத அறைகளில் கேள்வித்தாள்கள் வைத்து பாதுகாக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதாவது 1200 கேள்வித்தாள் கட்டுக்காப்பு மையங்களில் போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்பு போடவும் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. பொதுத் தேர்வின் போது மாணவர்கள் ஒழுங்கீனமான செயல்களிலும், முறைகேடுகளிலும் ஈடுபடாமல் தடுப்பதற்கான ஆலோசனைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாணவர்கள் பார்த்து எழுதுவதை தடுக்கவும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதற்காக இந்த ஆண்டும் 3500 பேர் கொண்ட பறக்கும் படை அமைக்கப்படுகிறது. தேவைக்கு ஏற்ப தேர்வு மையங்கள் அமைக்கப்படும். அனைத்து தேர்வு மையங்களிலும் போதிய வசதிகள் செய்யப்படும். பாதுகாப்பு ஏற்பாடுகளும் செய்யப்பட உள்ளன. தமிழகத்தில் பாழடைந்த பள்ளிக் கட்டிடங்களில் ஏற்கனவே 10 ஆயிரம் கட்டிடங்கள் இடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. விரைவில் மீதம் இருக்கும் பழுதடைந்த கட்டிடங்கள் இடிக்கப்படும். இடிக்கப்படும் பள்ளி வளாகங்களில் படித்து வந்த மாணவர்கள் அருகாமை வாடகை கட்டிடங்களில் கல்வி கற்க ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இரண்டாம் கட்ட திருப்புதல் தேர்வு கேள்வித்தாள் வெளியான விவகாரத்தில் தவறு செய்தவர்கள் யாராக இருந்தாலும் அவர்கள் மீது உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும். நீட் தேர்வு எழுத உள்ள அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு Hi Tech Lab மூலம் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. மேலும் மாநில கல்விக் கொள்கையை உருவாக்குவதற்கு உரிய நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. விரைவில் அதற்கான குழுஅமைக்கப்படும். பொதுத் தேர்வுகள் மாணவர்களின் வாழ்க்கைக்கு அடுத்தகட்ட நகர்வில் முக்கியமானது என்பதால், அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து எந்தவித சச்சரவுகளுக்கும் இடம் கொடுக்காமல் பொதுத் தேர்தலுக்கு அளிக்கப்படும் முக்கியத்துவம் போல தேர்வுகள் நடத்தி முடிக்கப்படும். இவ்வாறு அமைச்சர் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி தெரிவித்தார்.
