வாக்காளர்கள் தங்கள் புகைப்பட வாக்காளர் கீழ்கண்ட 12 அடையாள ஆவணங்களில் பயன்படுத்தகாம். அடையாள அட்டை அல்லது ஏதேனும் ஒன்றை வாக்களிக்க

1. ஆதார் அட்டை

2. MGNREGA

3. புகைப்படத்துடன் கூடிய அஞ்சல் அலுவலக / வங்கி சேமிப்பு கணக்கு புத்தகம்.

4. மத்திய தொழிலாளர் நலத்துறை அமைச்சகத்தால் வழங்கப்பட்ட சுகாதார காப்பீட்டு அட்டை / ஆயுஷ்மான் பாரத் சுகாதார அட்டை 5. ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம்.

Photo identification documents (Identity Cards) for identification as approved by the Commission which shall be used as alternate are as listed below.

(i) Aadhaar Card.

(ii) MGNREGA Job Card.

(iii) Passbooks with photograph issued by Bank/Post Office.

(iv) Health Insurance Smart Card issued under the scheme of Ministry of Labour/Ayushman Bharat Health Card.

(v) Driving License.

(vi) PAN Card.

(vii) Smart Card issued by RGI under NPR.

(viii) Indian Passport

(ix) Pension document with photograph.

(x) Service Identity Cards with photograph issued to employees by Central/State Govt./PSUs/Public Limited Companies.

(xi) Official identity cards issued to MPs/MLAs/MLCs and (xii) Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card, M/o Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.

In order to ensure fair, free, transparent, and inclusive election some of the new initiatives include.

1. Mobile deposit facility at the Polling stations.

2. Going for a Clearer Voter Information Slip.

3. Use of Colour photo of Candidates and Large font size on EVM Ballot paper.

4. Limiting to a Maximum of 1200 Electors per polling station.

5. Permitting Candidates’ booth just outside 100 meters of PS.

6. Integrated ECINET – One-stop Digital platform for all key voter services for all stakeholders.

7. 100% Webcasting at all PSs, ensures round the clock monitoring (inside & outside).

8. Standard ID cards for the BLOs.
