STEPS TO GENERATE TC

Login through school login and select Student->Enrollment->Students TC Details

Select the Current Student List option

● Select the Class and section of the student for whom the TC is to be generated and click Submit.

Students list will be displayed. Select the Edit option for the student to verify his/her details.

● Once the Edit option is clicked for a student, basic details about the student will be shown. Verify them and update if required.

● Fill the identification marks of the student, Medical inspection date, Scholarship details, Students studying in the school from, last date on which student attended school , first language and other required details.

● Fill all the required details and click Save Details button

● Click the green arrow button for the selected student to move the student to the common pool

● Select the reason for transferring the student to common pool

● Select Past Student List option. Updated student list will be shown. The student for whom the TC has to be generated will be shown in the list and TC Details will be displayed as Updated.

● Verify the details of the student again and click Update TC Details button.

● To generate and view the TC of the selected student , click the pdf button .

● Transfer certificate for the selected student will be displayed and can be printed using the print button shown.
