கட்டுமானத் தொழிலாளர்கள், உடல் உழைப்புத் தொழிலாளர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு நல வாரியத்தில் பதிவுபெற்ற ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கு வாழ்க்கை சான்றிதழ் சமர்ப்பிக்க டிசம்பர் 31 வரை அவகாசம் வழங்கி தமிழக அரசு அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறது.
இது குறித்து தமிழக அரசின் தொழிலாளர் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத் துறை சார்பில் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அரசாணையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது; 1-3-2020 முதல் 30-6-2020 க்குள் தங்களின் வாழ்க்கை சான்றிதழை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டிய ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்களுக்கு ஏற்கனவே 31-8-2020 வரை அவகாசம் வழங்கப்பட்ட நிலையில், பேருந்துப் போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் பல்வேறு பொதுமுடக்க விதிமுறைகளால் வரமுடியாமல் போனதால் இவர்களுக்கு, 31-12-2020 க்குள் தங்கள் வாழ்வு சான்றிதழை சமர்ப்பிக்க கால அவகாசம் நீடித்து வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று குறிப்பிடப் பட்டிருக்கிறது.
மேலும், கட்டுமானத் தொழிலாளர் நல வாரியம், உடல் உழைப்புத் தொழிலாளர் சமூக பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் நல வாரியம் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு வாரியச் செயலாளர்கள் விடுத்த கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று 1-3-2020 முதல் 31-12-2020 க்குள் வாழ்க்கை சான்றிதழை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டிய ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் அனைவரின் நலனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு அரசு இந்த முடிவை எடுத்திருப்பதாகவும் இந்த அறிவிப்பில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
In the Government order first read above, orders have been issued extending
the period of renowal upto 31.08.2020 for those the date of renewal is falling
between 01.03.2020 to 30.06.2020 as one time telaxation and also extending the
cut-off date of submission of life certificate by the pensioners upto 31.08.2020.
2. In the letter fourth read above, the Commissioner of Labour has stated
that the Secretaries of the Tamil Nadu Construction Workers Welfare Board and
Tamil Nadu Manual Workers Social Security and Welfare Board have stated that due
to outbreak of COVID-19 and lockdown thereafter the public transport services are
not in operation and hence the registered unorganized workers face various
difficulties in submitting their renewal application to the concerned Assistant
Commissioner of Labour (SSS) even after the expiry of registration period. Similarly.
the pensioners are also not able to produce their life certificates which are supposed
to be given in the month of April every year. Based on the above situation, the
Board Secretaries have requested to extend the period of submission of ife
certificate and renewal of registration upto 31.12.2020.
3. The Commissioner of Labour has stated that the lockdown and the
COVID-19 preventive measures are still continuing and has requested to consider
the following proposals sent by the Board Secretaries and issue suitable orders
The period of renewal may be extended upto 31.12.2020
for whom the date of renewal falling between 01.03.2020 to
31.12.2020 (or till lockdown is over) as one-time relaxation.
The cut-off date for submission of ife certificate by the
pensioners may be extended upto 31.12.2020
