உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியர்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகத்தில் பதிவு செய்து கடந்த 25 ஆண்டுகளாக பதிவு மூப்பு அடிப்படையில் அரசு பணியை எதிர்நோக்கி காத்திருக்கிறார்கள். இவர்களை, ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வு முறையின் மூலம் பணி நியமனம் செய்வதை தவிர்த்து, பதிவு மூப்பு அடிப்படையில் பணி நியமனம் வழங்க வேண்டும். விளையாட்டில் திறமையாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக அதில் அதிக கவனம் செலுத்துவதால், படிப்பில் கவனம் செலுத்துவது சற்று சிரமமானது. பட்டதாரி உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியர் சங்கம்
