தமிழக அரசின் தொழில் முனைவோர் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் புத்தாக்க நிறுவனம், சென்னையில், தங்க நகை மதிப்பீட்டாளர் பயிற்சி வரும் 05.02.2024 முதல் 14.02.2024 தேதி வரை காலை 10.00 மணி முதல் மதியம் 2.00 மணி வரை நடைபெற உள்ளது.

Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII), Chennai is organizing an training program on Ten days “Gold Appraiser Training” from 05.02.2024 to 14.02.2024 (Time: 10.00 am to 2.00pm) at Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII-TN), Metro Centre, opp. Guindy Railway Station, Guindy, Chennai-32, Chennai – 600 032. Subjects covered under the topics on basic metallurgy of gold, silver and copper, difference between Karat & Carat, calculation for purity of gold, jewel loan calculation, casting and filigree items, open and closed setting stone jewels, Hallmark procedures, types of assaying, touch stone practices will be covered by expert assessors and specialists. The trained candidates can find part-time employment in commercial and cooperative banks where loans are given on mortgaging of gold. The participants will also be taught the procedures of establishing a business enterprise to deal in gem & jewellery trade. Interested candidates (Male/Female) above 18 years of age with a minimum educational qualification of 10th Std may apply.
