ORDER:

The following transfers and postings are notified:- (1) Dr. R. Nanthagopal, IAS, Special Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Archives and Historical Research vice Thiru G. Prakash, IAS, already transferred;

(ii) Tmt. Rashmi Siddharth Zagade, IAS, Additional Secretary to Government, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department is transferred and posted as Collector, Chennai District vice Tmt. M. Aruna, IAS; (ii) Tmt. M. Aruna, IAS, Collector, Chennai District is transferred and posted as Collector, The Nilgiris District vice Thiru S.P. Amrith, IAS; and

(iv) Thiru S.P. Amrith, IAS, Collector, The Nilgiris District is transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Land Administration in the kaninikkalvi.blogspot.com

2. The services of Thiru Hanish Chabbra, IAS, Special Secretary to Government, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (TUFIDCO) for appointment as its Managing Director vide. Dr. Neeraj Mittal, IAS, deputed to Government of India post.

3. The services of Tmt. Chitra Vijayan, IAS, Additional Collector (Development)/Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Villupuram are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project for appointment as its Chief Operating Officer. She shall also function as Project Director, Tamil Nadu Women Employment and Safety Programme. Under Rule 12(1) of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016, the Government declare that the post of Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited referred to in para 2 above be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of "Registrar of Cooperative Societies" specified in Schedule II-A of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016.

5. Under Rule 12(1) of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016, the Government declare that the post of Chief Operating Officer, Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project referred to in para 3 above be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of "Director of Social Welfare" specified in Schedule II-B of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016.

6. The terms and conditions of deputation of Thiru Hanish Chabbra, IAS and Tmt. Chitra Vijayan, IAS on foreign service will be governed as per the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No.167, Public (Special.A) Department, dated 21.2.1994.
