இந்தியாவில் யூனியன் பப்ளிக் சர்வீஸ் கமிஷன் (UPSC) 192 பணியிடங்களுக்கான Geo-Scientist தேர்வை கடந்த ஜுன் மாதம் நடத்தியது. இந்த தேர்வின் முடிவுகள் கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் வெளியானது.அடுத்த கட்டமாக இந்த தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கான நேர்காணல் நடைபெறவுள்ளது. தற்போது அதற்கான அறிவிப்புகள் வெளியாகி உள்ளது.
Geo-Scientist -நேர்காணல்:
நாடு முழுவதும் கொரோனா பேரிடரில் இருந்து மக்கள் மீண்டும் வரும் நிலையில் வேலை வாய்ப்பு என்பது அனைவருக்கும் தேவையான ஒன்றாக உள்ளது. அதனால் மக்களுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பை அளிக்கும் நோக்கில் மத்திய மாநில அரசுகள் பல்வேறு காலிப்பணியிடங்கள் குறித்த அறிவிப்புகளை வெளியிட்டு வருகின்றனர். அந்த வகையில் கடந்த வருடம் UPSC Geo-Scientist தேர்வுக்கான அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டது.
அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக முதல் நிலை தேர்வுக்கான விண்ணப்பபதிவுகள் ஆன்லைன் வாயிலாக நடைபெற்றது. பிறகு தேர்வானது 2022 பிப்ரவரி மாதம் 20ம் தேதி நடைபெற்றது. அதனை தொடர்ந்து முதல் நிலை தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கான அடுத்த கட்ட முதன்மை தேர்வானது 2022 ஜூன் மாதம் 25, 26ம் தேதிகளில் நடைபெற்றது. இதன் முடிவுகள் கடந்த ஆகஸ்டில் UPSC தேர்வாணையம் வெளியிட்டது.
இந்த இரண்டு தேர்வுகளிலும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கான நேர்காணல் வரும் 2023 ஜனவரியில் நடைபெறும் என்று தற்போது அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த நேர்காணலுக்கு தகுதியானவர்களின் பட்டியல் இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இப்பட்டியலில் குறிப்பிட்டுள் நபர்களுக்கான அழைப்பு கடிதம் விரைவில் UPSC அதிகாரபூர்வ இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
On the basis of the results of the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination, 2022 declared by the Union Public Service Commission on 18th August, 2022, the Commission has decided to commence the Personality Tests (Interviews) of written qualified candidates of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2022 from 3rd January, 2023. The e-Summon Letters of Personality Tests (Interviews) of the candidates will be made available shortly, which may be downloaded from the Commission’s website https://www.upsc.gov.in & https://www.upsconline.nic.in. No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained.
2. The Competent Authority has decided to reimburse travelling allowance to the outstation candidates for attending Interviews/ PT Boards subject to the following conditions:-
a) Second/ Sleeper class train fare (Mail Express) will be reimbursed if the candidates perform their journey by Rail irrespective of Class in accordance with para 132 of Supplementary Rules.
b) Candidates will have to submit hard copies / print out of ticket (to and fro journey) in case of Train journey alongwith the prescribed T.A. claim form duly filled in duplicate. (TA Claim forms are available in the Forms and Download Section of the UPSC website).
3. Candidates are instructed to strictly adhere to the aforesaid conditions while making their travel arrangements for attending the PT Boards of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2022. It may be noted that in case of deviation from these conditions, the TA claim of the candidate will not be considered.
4. The PT schedule of Geologist, Geologist & Hydrogeologist, Geophysicist and Chemical/ Chemist of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2022 is given below:
