500 veterinarians working in Tamil Nadu are lamenting the Supreme Court order to write the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examination by December 2022.
In 2012, 500 assistant veterinarians were temporarily appointed by the Department of Veterinary Care. In 2014, DNPSC announced the appointment of new doctors. Those who were then temporarily appointed were allowed to write the exam with privileges. But the newcomers sued in the Chennai High Court against the offer.
The High Court has thus ordered that all examinations be conducted in the same manner. The temporary doctors appealed to the Supreme Court against the order. Temporary veterinarians must also write the DNPSC exam. They were ordered to calculate the number of years they had worked and to give a grace score of 5 points per year and to show concession in the age range. Ordered to standardize the work by conducting an examination by December 2022. With this order the temporary doctors are lamenting how to pass the written test as they are over 50 years old.
தமிழகத்தில் பணிபுரியும் 500 கால்நடை டாக்டர்கள் 2022 டிசம்பருக்குள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம்(டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி.,) தேர்வு எழுத வேண்டும் என்ற உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தின் உத்தரவால் டாக்டர்கள் புலம்புகின்றனர்.
கால்நடை பராமரிப்புத்துறை மூலம் 2012ல் 500 உதவி கால்நடை டாக்டர்கள் தற்காலிகமாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர். 2014ல் புதிதாக டாக்டர்களை நியமிக்க டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி., அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டது. அப்போது தற்காலிகமாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் சலுகைகளுடன் தேர்வு எழுத அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர். ஆனால் புதியவர்கள் சலுகை வழங்குவதை எதிர்த்து சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தனர். இதனால் அனைவருக்கும் ஒரே மாதிரி தேர்வுகள் நடத்த உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டது. இந்த உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து தற்காலிக டாக்டர்கள் உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மேல்முறையீடு செய்தனர்.2019 ல் தொடர்ந்த வழக்கில் கடந்த வாரம் தீர்ப்பு வெளியானது. அதில் தற்காலிக கால்நடை டாக்டர்களும் டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி., தேர்வு எழுத வேண்டும்.
அவர்கள் பணிபுரிந்த ஆண்டுகளை கணக்கிட்டு, ஆண்டிற்கு 5 மதிப்பெண்கள் கருணை மதிப்பெண் வழங்கவும், வயது வரம்பில் சலுகை காட்டவும் உத்தரவிடப்பட்டது.
2022 டிசம்பருக்குள் தேர்வு நடத்தி பணியை வரன்முறைப்படுத்த உத்தரவிட்டது. இந்த உத்தரவால் தற்காலிக டாக்டர்கள் 50 வயதை தாண்டியவர்களாக இருப்பதால் தேர்வு எழுதி எப்படி தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது என புலம்புகின்றனர்.
