PGTRB 2021 - தமிழக அரசு வயது வரம்பை தளர்த்த கோரிக்கை

ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் முதுகலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. தமிழக அரசு கடந்த ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதம் பிறப்பித்த அரசாணைப்படி 45 வயது நிரம்பிய தேர்வர்கள் தேர்வில் கலந்து கொள்ள இயலாது என தெளிவாக கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இது தேர்வர்கள் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை பறிக்கும் வகையில் உள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக நீதிமன்றத்தை நாடவும் முடிவு செய்துள்ளனர். எனவே தமிழக அரசு இப்பிரச்சினையில் தலையிட்டு வயது வரம்பை தளர்த்த வேண்டும் என தேர்வர்கள் எதிர்பார்த்து உள்ளனர். (வயது வரம்பு தொடர்பான அறிவிப்பு) 5. Qualifications:
(a) Qualification as to Age: As per Section 6 of Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Educational Services (G.O.Ms.No. 14, School Education (SE2(1)), 30th January 2020), no person shall be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to this recruitment, if he has completed 40 years of age, on the first day of July of the year 2021.

Provided that the age limit prescribed above shall be increased by five years in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class Muslims, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and De- notified Communities and destitute widows of all castes.
