The Madras HC allows private and unaided Institutions to collect 40% fee as 'Advance Fees' and pending fees to be collected on resumption Of physical Classes. In the case of Arockia Madha Matriculation HSS and ors v. The Chief Secy and anr, the Madras High Court passed an order on 17th July, 2020 allowing private and unaided educational institutes to collect 40% of tuition fees as an advance fee by August 31.
