நாசா காலண்டரில் பழநி மாணவிகளின் ஓவியம்

அமெரிக்க விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி மையமான நாசா வெளியிட்ட காலண்டரில், பழநி அருகேயுள்ள  வித்யா மந்திர் பள்ளி மாணவிகளின் ஓவியம் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளது.

நாசா ஆண்டுதோறும் காலண்டர் வெளியிடுகிறது. இதற்காக, சர்வதேச அளவில் ஓவியப் போட்டிகளை நடத்துகிறது. இதில் தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் ஓவியங்கள் காலண்டரில் இடம்பெறும். 2024-ம் ஆண்டு காலண்டருக் கான ஓவியங்களை தேர்வு செய்ய நடந்த போட்டியில், பல்வேறு நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த 40 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவ, மாணவியர் கலந்து கொண்டனர். இந்தியாவிலிருந்து 5 ஓவி யங்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டன. இதில் பழநி அருகேயுள்ள ஸ்ரீ வித்யா மந்திர் பள்ளியைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவிகள் துகிலோவியா, லயாஷினி, தித்திகா ஆகியோரின் ஓவியங்கள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. இம்மாணவிகளை பள்ளி தாளாளர் வீரா எஸ்.டி.சாமிநாதன், இயக்குநர் கார்த்திகேயன், முதல்வர் வசந்தா மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள், பெற்றோர் பாராட்டினர். நாசா காலண்டர் ஓவியப் போட்டியில் இப்பள்ளி மாணவிகளின் ஓவியம் 5-வது முறையாக தேர்வாகியிருப்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

மேலும், மும்பையில் நடந்த தேசிய ஓவியப் போட்டியில் இப்பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு 37 தங்கம், 3 வெள்ளி, 10 வெண்கலப் பதக்கம் மற்றும் 1 வெள்ளிக் கேடயம் ஆகியவற்றை வென்றிருப்பதாக, பள்ளி நிர் வாகிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
