பிடித்தம் செய்த ஓய்வூதியம் ரூ.60 ஆயிரம் கோடி எங்கே? - அரசு ஊழியர், ஆசிரியர் குமுறல்

Frederick Engels, State Co-ordinator of CBS, Abolition Movement has questioned, 'Where has the amount of Rs 60,000 crore that the government has withheld for the pension of the employees gone?'

He said: A new pension scheme has been implemented in Tamil Nadu since April 1, 2003. There are 8 lakh government employees and teachers. The government deducts 10 percent of basic wages and allowances from them. 10 percent contribution is also paid on behalf of the government. This amount is Rs.60 thousand crore till the current year.

In the New Pension Scheme (CPS), deceased employees are affected by non-payment of family pension and post-retirement gratuity. No one knows the whereabouts of Rs.60 thousand crores deducted by the Tamil Nadu government in this project. The government should issue a white paper on this fund. As per the election promise, the new pension scheme should be canceled and the old scheme should be implemented, he said.

'ஊழியர்களின் ஓய்வூதியத்திற்காக அரசு பிடித்தம் செய்த ரூ.60 ஆயிரம் கோடி தொகை எங்கே போனது' என சி.பி.எஸ்., ஒழிப்பு இயக்க மாநில ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் பிரடெரிக் ஏங்கல்ஸ் கேள்வி எழுப்பியுள்ளனர்.

அவர் கூறியதாவது:தமிழகத்தில் 2003 ஏப்.1முதல் புதிய ஓய்வூதிய திட்டம் நடைமுறையில் உள்ளது. இதில் அரசுஊழியர் , ஆசிரியர்கள் 8 லட்சம் பேர் உள்ளனர். இவர்களிடம் இருந்து அடிப்படை ஊதியம் , அகவிலைப்படியில் அரசு 10 சதவீதம் பிடித்தம் செய்கிறது. அரசு சார்பிலும் 10 சதவீதம் பங்களிப்பு தொகை செலுத்தப்படுகிறது. இத்தொகை நடப்பு ஆண்டு வரை ரூ.60 ஆயிரம் கோடி அளவில் உள்ளது.

புதிய ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்தில் (சி.பி.எஸ்.,) இறந்த ஊழியர்களுக்கு குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம், ஓய்வுக்கு பின்பு வழங்க வேண்டிய பணிக்கொடை வழங்காமல் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர். இத்திட்டத்தில் தமிழக அரசால் பிடித்தம் செய்த தொகை ரூ.60ஆயிரம் கோடி எங்கே உள்ளது என்ற விபரம் யாருக்கும் தெரியவில்லை.இந்த நிதி குறித்து அரசு வெள்ளை அறிக்கையை வழங்க வேண்டும். தேர்தல் வாக்குறுதிப்படி புதிய ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்தை ரத்துசெய்து, பழைய திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த வேண்டும், என்றார்.
