EMIS – TEACHERS VALIDATION
Kind attention to all BEOs, BRC Supervisors, BRTEs, Headmasters / Principals,
As the Teacher profile data has to be submitted to MHRD, the following queries have
to be rectified in school login. The queries excel sheet has been attached. The values against
schools represent the number of errors in teacher profile. Verify the excel sheet and rectify it
according to the instruction given. In addition to this kindly verify 2020-2021 teachers
attendance, if there is any retirement, VRS, Death , transferred , etc ..... teachers “Teachers
transfer” option is available in school login. Kindly carry over the changes.
➢ Complete Validation work before 24.07.2020.
Queries and its rectification details
▪ Sum of tch_part_time is available for category other than (8,1 ,11) Check Part time teacher designation column appointed for subject Drawing / PET / Work education (6 Categories) should be verified. If it is entered as Part time teacher (SS) it is correct if any other category is mentioned it should be changed. • Sum of dob should out of teacher age window Date of Birth of teacher to be checked. It should not exceed retirement age. Some Private schools would have appointed retired teachers. It should be informed to EMIS team (District). • Sum of doj_service out of range Date of Birth and date of first appointment to be checked.
• Sum of class_taught out of range Check class taught column (Either not selected or entered wrong). Verify appointed subject and class taught.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_Primary_1to5 Teacher working in Primary school may have mentioned He / She is teaching upper primary / secondary section it should be changed.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_Middle_1to8 Teacher working in middle school may have mentioned He / She is teaching secondary / Higher secondary. It should be changed.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_HigherSec_1to12 Check class taught.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_High_6to12
Check class taught.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_High_1to10
Check class taught.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_High_6to10
Check class taught.
• Sum of Other_Class_taught_in_HigherSec_9to12
Check class taught.
• Sum of sub_taught1 and sub_taught2 are not null and equal to each other
Subject taught 1 and subject taught 2 should not be same, and not left unfilled.
• Sum of math_upto out of range
Details of teacher studied Maths subject up to (Either it may be empty orincorrect) should be checked.
• Sum of science_upto out of range
Details of teacher studied Science subject up to (Either it may be empty orincorrect) should be checked.
• Sum of english _upto out of range Details of teacher studied English subject up to (Either it may be empty or incorrect) should be checked. • Sum of lang_study_upto out of range
Teacher studied language up to (Either it may be empty or incorrect) should be checked.
• Sum of soc_study_upto out of range
Details of teacher studied Social Science up to (Either it may be empty or incorrect) should be checked.
• Sum of Yr of present school less than doj service Date of first appointed of teacher / Doj service should not be less than date of joining present school. (For eg. June 2015 date of First appointment / joining the service and April 2015 date of joining present school is an error) check the column.
