With reference to the letter cited above, all Chief Educational Officers are requested to instruct the Headmasters of Government and Aided High and Higher Secondary Schools under their jurisdiction to disseminate the details of the Vidyadhan Scholarship Programme 2026offered by theSarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF) to eligible students.

Students who have passed the SSLC/10th Standard Examination in 2026 and satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply online through the Vidyadhan portal at www.vidyadhan.org on or before 12.07.2026.

Therefore, the details of the scholarship programme may be widely publicized among eligible students and their parents, and necessary action may be taken accordingly.

Dear Sir/Madam, Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF) (www.sdfoundationindia.com) is a non profit organization set up by Mr. S.D. Shibulal (Co-Founder & Ex. CEO, Infosys) and Mrs. Kumari Shibulal (Patron) in 1999. We are glad to inform you that we have launched our prestigious Vidyadhan Scholarship Scheme for the students of Tamil Nadu State in 2016. Currently we have over 15,000 students in our program across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Odisha, Delhi, Ladakh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Meghalaya. In the States so far, we have given more than 78,000 scholarships and have many Doctors, Engineers, Nurses etc. among our alumni. Our aim is to scale Vidyadhan to 1,00,000 scholarships covering most states/UTs of India within the next 4-5 years.

Vidyadhan Scholarship Program supports the college education of meritorious students from economically challenged families. The students are selected after completion of 10th grade through a rigorous selection process. They will be initially eligible for a two-year scholarship of Rs.10,000/year for the 11th and 12th std studies. If they continue to do well, they will be given scholarships for pursuing any degree course of their interest; these scholarships are directly through the foundation or external sponsors who have registered with the Foundation. The scholarship amount for graduation varies from Rs 25,000 to Rs 75,000 per year. The selected students are also provided training on soft skills and career counselling.

The scholarship is for economically backward students, from families with an annual income of below Rs. 2 lakhs. Tamil Nadu Plus 1 Scholarship Program 2026:

The students should have passed their 10th or SSLC examination this year 2026 from Tamil Nadu with more than 85% (70% for students with disability). The selected students will be eligible for a two-year scholarship from the foundation. If they continue to do well, they will be given scholarships for pursuing any degree course of their interest. Those eligible can apply online by logging into www.vidyadhan.org before July 12th, 2026. வித்யாதன் பற்றி:

வித்யாதன் கல்வி உதவித்தொகை சமூகத்தில் மிகவும் பின்தங்கிய மாணவர்களுக்கு சரோஜினி தாமோதரன் அறக்கட்டளையின் மூலமாக கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது. பத்தாம் வகுப்பு முடித்த மாணவர்கள் கல்வி உதவித்தொகை பெற திறனாய்வு தேர்வுக்கு உட்படுத்தபடுவார்கள். தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் அடுத்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு உதவித்தொகை பெற தகுதியுடையவர்கள். உதவித்தொகை பெறும் மாணவர்கள் வரும் கல்வியாண்டில் நல்ல மதிப்பெண் பெற்றால் அடுத்து அவர்கள் விரும்பும் மேற்படிப்புக்கும் உதவப்படும்.

கேரளா, கர்நாடகா, தமிழ்நாடு, புதுச்சேரி, ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம், தெலங்கானா, மஹாராஷ்டிரா, குஜராத், கோவா, ஒடிசா, புது டெல்லி, லடாக், பீகார், உத்தர பிரதேசம், ஹிமாச்சல் ஹிமாச்சல் பிரதேசம், பஞ்சாப், ஜார்கண்ட், ராஜஸ்தான் மற்றும மேகாலயா ஆகிய மாநிலங்களில் தற்போது 15000க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் கல்வி பயில்கின்றனர். தமிழ்நாடு வித்யாதன் 2016 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்டது, தற்போது 5760 மாணவர்கள் தங்களுடைய படிப்பை மேற்கொண்டும் மற்றும் பல்வேறு நிருவனங்களிலும் பணிபுரிந்து வருகின்றனர். இந்த உதவித்தொகை அறக்கட்டளையின் மூலமாகவும் வெளிப்புற ஆதரவாளர்கள் மூலமாகவும் கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது. கல்வி உதவித்தொகை 10,000 முதல் 75,000 வரை மாநிலம், படிப்பு மற்றும் படிக்கும் காலத்திற்கு தகுந்தாற் போல் வேறுபடும். தேர்ந்தெடுக்கபட்ட மாணவர்கள் வித்யாதன் நடத்தும் நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் தவறாமல் கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

தமிழ்நாடு 11-ஆம் வகுப்பு கல்வி உதவித்தொகை - 2026

கல்வி உதவித்தொகையின் அளவு:

11-ஆம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு அதிகபட்சமாக வருடத்திற்கு ரூ. 10,000/- வழங்கப்படும்.

விண்ணப்பிக்கத் தகுதியுடையவர்கள்:

வித்யாதன் கல்வி உதவித்தொகை பெற, மாணவர்களின் குடும்ப வருமானம் ஆண்டிற்கு 2 லட்சத்திற்கு குறைவாக இருக்க வேண்டும். தமிழ்நாட்டில் 2025-2026 ஆம் கல்வியாண்டில் பத்தாம் வகுப்புத் தேர்வில் 85 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் (மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு 70 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்கள் தேவை).

தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் முறை:

மாணவர்களின் விண்ணப்பங்கள் மதிபெண்கள் மற்றும் கொடுக்கபட்ட விவரங்களின்படி தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள். தெர்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் திறனாய்வு தேர்வு குழு கலந்துரையாடல் மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வுக்கு Online மூலம் அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள். மாணவர்களின் விவரம் மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வின் அறிவிப்புகள் தெர்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு தனித்தனியாக அனுப்பப்படும்.

தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் மற்றும் குறுஞ்செய்தி வாயிலாகத் தேர்வுக்கூட நுழைவுச்சீட்டைப் (Hall Ticket) பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய அறிவுறுத்தப்படும் (தேதி மற்றும் ஏனைய தகவல்கள் பின்னர் அறிவிக்கப்படும்). தேர்வு, குழு கலந்துரையாடல் மற்றும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுகள் இணையவழி (Online) மூலம் நடைபெறும் (தேதி மற்றும் ஏனைய தகவல்கள் பின்னர் அறிவிக்கப்படும்). தேவையான ஆவணங்கள்:

1. நீங்கள் ஆன்லைனில் விண்ணப்பிக்க தனிப்பட்ட மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி இருக்க வேண்டும். இல்லையென்றால் www.gmail.com அல்லது வேறு மின்னஞ்சல் வழங்கும் இணையதளத்தில் ஒரு கணக்கை திறக்கவும்.

2. எதிர்கால பயன்பாட்டிற்காக மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் கடவுச்சொல்லை நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

3. வித்யாதன் இணையதளத்தில் புதிய கணக்கை உருவாக்கும் போது கீழ்க்காணும் விவரங்களை மறவாமல் பின்பற்றவும்.

> First Name: கல்வி சான்றிதழில் உள்ளபடி முதல் பெயரை பதிவு செய்யவும்.

> Last Name: கல்வி சான்றிதழில் உள்ளபடி கடைசி பெயரை பதிவு செய்யவும்.

Email ID: உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை பதிவு செய்யவும். மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை நினைவில் கொள்க எதிர்கால பயன்பாட்டிற்காக தயவுசெய்து Intemetcafe/நண்பர்களின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை பாதுகாப்பு காரணங்களுக்காக பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம். > Vidyadhan Password: மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட கணக்கிற்கு குறைந்தபட்சமாக 8 இலக்கங்களில் கடவுச்சொல்லை உருவாக்கவும். கடவுச்சொல்லை மறந்து விட வேண்டாம்.

5. மின்னஞ்சலை திறந்து உங்கள் கணக்கை செயல்படுத்தும் மின்னஞ்சல் கிளிக் செய்யவும். கிளிக் செய்தவுடன் “Account is activated” என்ற செய்தியுடன் வித்யாதன் இணையதளத்திற்கு செல்லும். 6. இப்பொழுது உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் வித்யாதன் கடவுச்சொல்லை கொண்டு உங்களது கணக்கை துவக்கவும்.

7. கணக்கை தொடங்கிய பிறகு “Help” என்ற லிங்கை கிளிக் செய்து விண்ணப்பிக்கும்

முறை மற்றும் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள உதவித்தொகைகளின் விவரங்களை தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

8. இப்பொழுது “Apply Now” என்ற லிங்கை கிளிக் செய்து நடைமுறையில் உள்ள வித்யாதன் கல்வி உதவித்தொகைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

9. விண்ணப்பங்களை நிரப்பிய பிறகு அதை திருத்தம் செய்யலாம்.
