CTET - DECEMBER 2024 தேர்வர்களுக்கான தகவல்கள் - ADMIT CARD RELEASED & download link : https://ctet.nic.in IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. Candidates must follow the Instructions as mentioned in this admit card.

2. The Candidates should report at the examination centre 120 minutes before the commencement of examination. The candidate reporting the centre after gate closure time will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

3. Candidate should bring their own blue/black ball point pen to write his/her particulars, if any.

4. Candidate without having proper admit card and ORIGINAL photo id proof shall not be allowed in the examination centre under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent. 5. Candidate shall not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the conclusion of examination, without signing the attendance sheet. 6. Candidate must follow the instructions strictly as mentioned in the information bulletin.

7. This Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidate as per the information provided by him/her. The eligibility of the candidate has not been verified by the Board. The appointing authority/recruiting agency will verify the same before appointment/recruitment.

Qualifying the CTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment as the teacher.

8. The Candidates are advised to visit their allotted examination centre one day before the date of examination in order to confirm its location, distance, mode of transport etc.

9. The candidates suffering from diabetes are allowed to carry into the examination hall, the eatables like sugar tablets/ chocolate/candy, fruits (like banana/apple/orange) and Snack items like sandwich in transparent polybag. However, the food items shall be kept with the Invigilators at the examination centre concerned, who on their demand, shall hand over the eatables to these candidates.

10.The CTET Unit uploads CTET related information at its website https://ctet.nic.in. It is the responsibility of candidate to visit CTET website regularly for information and updates. CANDIDATE MUST CARRY:

1. DOWNLOADED ADMIT CARD 2. ONE PHOTO ID PROOF(PAN CARD,AADHAR CARD, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENCE,

VOTER ID CARD) 3. BALL POINT PEN (BLUE/BLACK) OF GOOD QUALITY 4. WATER BOTTLE TRANSPARENT (500 ML)

Only permitted items are allowed in the Examination center. The Centre will NOT be responsible for the safe custody of barred items.

LIST OF BARRED ITEMS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE EXAMINATION CENTRE: : METALLIC ITEMS, BOOKS, NOTES, BITS OF PAPERS, GEOMETRY/PENCIL Books, notes, bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, pencil, scale, log table, writing pad, eraser, cardboard, electronic pen/scanners/whitener, mobile phones, earphone, microphones, Paper Health Band, Speaker, headphones, pen-drives, pager, Bluetooth devices, calculator, debit/credit card, electronic pen/scanners, cameras, any electronic component like transistor capacitor resistance, Diode, Triode, electronic circuit, electronics devices, watch/wrist watch, wallet, goggles, handbags, hairband, Belt, Artificial/Gold ornaments, caps, scarf, metallic items, food & beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and other items which could be used for unfair means.

Candidates shall maintain proper silence and attend their Question Paper only. Any conversation or gesticulation or disturbance in the Examination Room/Hall shall be deemed as misbehavior and treated under unfairmeans category. If a candidate is found using unfairmeans or impersonating, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and he/she will be liable to be debarred for taking examination either permanently or for a specified period according to the nature of offence.
