தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள 85 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்ட மூத்த வாக்காளர்கள் மற்றும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு இன்று முதல் வரும் 25ம் தேதி வரை தபால் வாக்கு செலுத்துவதற்கான படிவம் (FORM 12D) வழங்கப்படும்.

வீடுகளுக்கு நேரடியாக சென்று வாக்குச்சாவடி அலுவலர்கள் 12D படிவத்தை பெற உள்ளனர்; ஆனால் இது கட்டாயமல்ல.
