I am directed to refer to your letter no. 7400/2023-2, dated 22.12.2023 on the subject cited and to inform you that the Commission has allowed BDOs, Tahsildars and Sub-Inspectors of Police who are district cadre officers to remain posted within the district, but they should be posted out from the Assembly Constituency where their home town is located or where their tenure exceeds 3 years out of the last 4 years.
