The candidates whose register numbers as mentioned below have been provisionally admitted to II phase of Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling to the posts mentioned above based on the results of the written examination conducted by the Commission on 06.11.2022 F.N. & A.N. and Marks and Rank published on 15.02.2023.

The II phase of Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling for the posts of FIELD SURVEYOR ;

DRAFTSMAN INCLUDED IN TAMIL NADU SURVEY AND LAND RECORDS SUBORDINATE SERVICE AND SURVEYOR-CUM- ASSISTANT DRAUGHTSMAN IN TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING

SUBORDINATE SERVICE EXAMINATION will be held on 23.05.2023 F.N.

The II phase of Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling will be held at the Office of the TNPSC, TNPSC Road, Chennai - 600 003 Individual intimation regarding the date and time of II phase Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling will be informed through Commission’s website, SMS and e-mail only. Individual intimation will not be sent to the candidates by post.

Notes:

1. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates will not imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered for II phase of Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling.

2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list have been admitted provisionally to the II phase of Physical Certificate Verification / Counselling based on the particulars furnished by them in their online application, overall Rank obtained by them in the Written Examination and with reference to the rule of reservation of appointments and Number of vacancies.

3. The candidates who had appeared for Written Examination On 06.11.2022 FN & AN to the posts of Field Surveyor; Draftsman included in Tamil Nadu Survey and Land Records Subordinate Service and Surveyor – cum-Assistant Draughtsman in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Subordinate Service and whose register numbers are not found in the above list are have not been admitted to the II phase of Physical Certificate Verification / Counselling for the said posts. 4. The admission of candidates to II phase of Physical Certificate Verification / Counseling is provisional, subject to verification and acceptance of their claims made in their online applications such as Date of Birth, Gender, Community, Educational Qualification, PSTM and Differently Abled, etc., through original documents. If any of their claims are found to be false or incorrect, their provisional, admission to the II phase physical certificate verification and counseling will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to the counselling.

5. The vacancies of one GT-Ex-Serviceman & three BC-Ex-Servicemen have been kept vacant due to the interim order in the W.P.(MD)No.4931 of 2023 / W.P.(MD)No.4932 of 2023 / W.P.(MD)No.5215 of 2023 and W.P.(MD)No.5375 of 2023 filed before Hon’ble Court Judicature of Madras / Maduri Bench of Madras High Court.

6. After Verification of original Certificates, the eligible Candidates alone are admitted for counseling to be held on the same day itself.

7. The Candidates can download their Memorandum for admission to II phase Physical Certificate Verification / Counselling from the Commission’s Website and should attend the Certificate Verification / Counselling with all the relevant documents in Original on the prescribed date and time without fail. Candidates who have failed to attend II phase Physical Certificate Verification / Counselling on the scheduled date and time will not be considered for the next stage of selection.

8. The Provisional admission of the candidates to II phase of Physical Certificate Verification and Counseling does not confer any right for selection and their selection will also be subject to availability of vacancies in their respective reservation categories, when they reach their turn as per their rank position and they are not assured of their selection.

9. The admission of above Candidates for II phase of Physical Certificate Verification and Counseling is purely provisional subject to the outcome of writ petitions, if any pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras / Madurai Bench of Madras High Court relating to this recruitment.
