Department of Treasuries and Accounts - IFHRMS Hon'ble CM Announcement on Training to DDOS - Reg -
IFHRMS was implemented across the state from 01.01.2021. All claims of Salary, Non Salary, Pension and Work bills are being processed through IFHRMS only and e-payment made to the beneficiaries through e-Kuber portal of RBI. e-challan module was launched to enable the General Public / Government Departments, Boards & Corporations and Local Bodies, to remit the receipts of the Government as e-receipts in IFHRMS The Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has announced in the floor of Assembly under Rule of 110 on 07.09.2021 as follows:
கணக்கு மற்றும் கருவூல துறையின் (IFHRMS பணிகளை எளிதாக மேற்கொள்ளும் பொருட்டு, அவற்றைத் துரிதமாகவும், எளிதாகவும் செயல்படுத்தக்கூடிய வகையில், மாவட்டந் தோறும் பணியாளர்களுக்கு உரியபயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும்.
In this regard, the SI M/s Wipro Ltd has conducted the inhouse training to the Master Trainers of the Department on 18.03.2022 In the Monitoring Committee meeting held on 25.05.2022, the Additional Chief Secretary to Government. Finance has instructed that the training to the DDO's may be conducted on pilot basis to certain districts. Accordingly, Thanjavur and Coimbatore were identified as a Pilot districts for conducting the IFHRMS training and subsequently training were held between 06.06.2022 to 15-06-2022 and 06.06.2022 to 20-06-2022 respectively. Now, it has been proposed to conduct one day IFHRMS training to the DDOS across the state and the IFHRMS training Schedule is annexed.
The training to the Master Trainers will be conducted on 10th and 11th October 2022 by M/s Wipro.
The PAOS/TOS are instructed to adhere the following while imparting training to the DDOS:
1. Training has to be imparted to 3 Officials dealing with IFHRMS including initiator from establishment section from each DDO of your district.
2. Training to be imparted to 30 trainees (Maximum) in each batch.
3. Every session has to be conducted by a team of two Master trainers including one subject expert trainer.
4. The Training venues are to be selected at the District /Sub-division/Taluk level that are convenient for trainees.
5. The district trainings are to be planned and completed in the month of
October & November 2022 itself. 6. Master Trainers from nearby districts may also be availed, if required.
The PAOS/TOS are requested to submit the schedule of training program in their respective districts on or before 23.09.2022. Based on the input from Treasuries, the training schedule and training materials (PPT and Video based) will be shared separately with the districts by this office.
Further, PAOS/TOs are requested to arrange the venue for the training program to the DDOS, having all the basic amenities and required IT & hardware requirements. Further upon completion of the training, the training completion report has to be sent to this office immediately. Further the training program has to be shared with office on daily basis. The format will be shared as a link shortly.
The RJDS are requested to oversee the training in order to ensure the quality of the training being imparted to the DDOS.
