1. Officers Training Academy, Chennai invites Application for the provision of Hair Cutting Services for cadets. Application forms and terms and conditions can be obtained in person from Quarter Master Section, Q Branch, Officers Training Academy, St Thomas Mount Chennai - 600016 from 28 Apr 2022 to 12 May 2022 between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM.
2. Allotment will be based on lowest bidder for providing hair cutting services as per terms & conditions given in application form. Preferences will be given to War Widows / Widows of defence personnel & Ex-servicemen. However, others may also apply.
3. Period of allotment / License. License period / allotment shall be for eleven months as per stipulated terms & conditions.
4. Commandant, OTA Chennai reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5. EMD to be paid is Rs 10,000/- in favour of OTA Academy Fund in the form of A/c payee, DD/Bankers Cheque payable at Chennai from any Public Sector/Private Sector Bank authorized to conduct Govt business.
6. Application completed in all respects alongwith EMD and the bids should be dropped physically in a sealed tender box marked as "Invitation of Applications for Hair Cutting Services", kept at OTA main gate.
The quotations will be opened at 10:00 AM on 13 May 2022. Any change/modifications in the invitation of application will be intimated through advertisement in Newspapers.
