ORDER:

The services of Thiru Gagandeep Singh Bedl, IAS, Agricultural Production Commissioner & Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture: Department are placed at the disposal of Greater Chennal Corporation for appointment as its Principal Secretary/Commissioner vice Thiru G. Prakash, IAS.
2. Un Rule 12(1) of IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016, the Government declare that the post of Principal Secretary/Commissioner, Greater Chennal Corporation referred to in para 1 above be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of "Principal Secretary-cum Commissioner" specified in Schedule 11-A of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016.
3. The terms and conditions of deputation of Thiru Gagandeep Singh Bedl, IAS, on foreign service, will be governed as per the orders Issued In G.O. Ms. No.167, Public (Special A) Department, dated 21.2.1994.
