Sobakiruthu, Kaarthigai -8, Thiruvalluvar Aandu - 2054. ORDER:
The following transfer and posting is notified:-
1. Dr. P. Shankar, IAS, Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Agriculture-Farmers Welfare Department.
2. The services of Dr. S. Prabhakar, IAS Project Director, Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Chennai are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board for appointment as its Dr. P. Shankar, IAS. Managing Director vice
3. The Government direct that Thiru P. Madhusudhan Reddy, IAS, Director of Survey and Settlement shall hold full additional charge of the post of Officer on Special Duty, Makkaludan Mudhalvar Scheme, Mudhalvarin Mugavari Department.
Under Rule 12(1) of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016, the Government declare that the post of Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board referred to in para 2 above be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of "Director of Social Welfare" specified in Schedule II-B of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016.
5. The terms and conditions of deputation of Dr. S. Prabhakar, IAS on foreign service will be governed as per the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No.167, Public (Special.A) Department, dated 21.2.1994.
