அந்த கூட்டத்தில் விளைநிலங்களை பாதிக்கும் எந்த ஒரு திட்டத்தையும் அனுமதிக்க மாட்டோம் என்று முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். அதன்படி விளை நிலங்களை பாதிக்கும் எந்த ஒரு திட்டத்தையும் அரசு அனுமதிக்காது. விவசாயிகளின் கோரிக்கைகள் மற்றும் கருத்துக்கள் ஆவணப்படுத்தப்பட்டு அதில், எது தேவையோ அதை அரசு செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது. பள்ளி அளவில் விவசாயத்தை மாணவர்கள் அறிந்து கொள்ளும் வகையில் பள்ளிகளில் பசுமை படை அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவர்கள் மூலம் காய்கறிகள் விளைவிப்பது போன்ற விவசாய பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படும். இவ்வாறு அவர் கூறினார்.
