நவம்பர் மாதம் தமிழக அரசுப் பணி தொகுப்பு 1ஏ-வில் வரும் உதவி வனப் பாதுகாவலர் பணிக்கான போட்டித் தேர்வு அறிவிக்கையை தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் வெளியிடும் போது எந்தவொரு பொறியியல் பட்டம் பெற்றவரும் அதில் பங்கேற்கலாம் என்று அறிவிக்க வேண்டும். இது தொடர்பாக தேர்வாணையத்திற்கு அரசும், வனத்துறையும் உரிய பரிந்துரைகளை வழங்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறியுள்ளார்.
