Annamalai University - Informed that regarding the UGC Distance Education notice

It is informed that regarding the UGC notice on running the Distance Education programme by Annamalai University, the W.P. No: 30039/2012 dt 12.03.2013 and W.P. No 15203/2018 dt 25.06.2018, the Hon'ble High Court of Madras granted stay to continue various DDE programmes. The stay still continues and letter will be sent to UGC officially. The problem will be resolved soon. அண்ணாமலைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் தொலைதூரக் கல்வித் திட்டத்தை நடத்துவது குறித்த யுஜிசி அறிவிப்பு குறித்து, டபிள்யூ.பி. எண்: 30039/2012 dt 12.03.2013 மற்றும் W.P. எண் 15203/2018 dt 25.06.2018, மாண்புமிகு சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் பல்வேறு DDE திட்டங்களைத் தொடர தடை விதித்தது. தங்கு தடை இன்னும் தொடர்கிறது மற்றும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக UGC க்கு கடிதம் அனுப்பப்படும். விரைவில் பிரச்னைக்கு தீர்வு காணப்படும்.
