Digital infrastructure has been strengthened in Government High Schools and Higher Secondary schools with a focus on students in secondary and higher secondary classes. The Hi-Tech labs established in these 6029 schools support the experiential digital learning of the secondary students. With reference to the Hi-Tech Lab Principal Secretary meeting minutes cited, as an additional layer of support at a ground level for the Hi-Tech labs and to ensure proper working of all the labs, programmers in every district are assigned with the following responsibilities.
1) Monitoring the dashboard live - The district level login credentials to access the Hi Tech Lab Dashboard will be provided to all the CEOs and programmers, in every district so they can monitor the operations of the Hi-Tech labs effectively and to ensure their smooth operations,
2) Coordinating with the L&T District service engineers - By coordinating with the Support Engineers for the Hi-Tech labs on the ground, the programmers can support the schools at field level and resolve the tickets 3) Reporting the issues at Hi-Tech labs-If there are any issues with respect to the Hi Tech labs, the programmers should ensure that the tickets are raised properly by the school HM and ensure the closure of the tickets raised.
4) Coordinating with the State CCC - Inform the State Central Commandant Centre team, if there are any process related feedback, and support in taking the instructions from the State team and to coordinate effectively with the state team to implement all the activities via Hi-Techy labs and ensure the smooth functioning of the same.
5)School visits-Ensure random visits to the Hi-Tech labs in the schools in their districts.
