IFHRMS-Pay roll run for June-2021 Requested to give instructions to
the Drawing and Disbursing officers - Instructions regarding.
Ref: Instructions of CTA, Chennai vide Video Conference Dated. 10.06.2021.
As per instruction given by the CTA, all DDOS should ensure that there should not be any gap between active employees and salary drawn in the month of June 2021 salary. Previous month salary (May 2021) more number of gap between Active employees and salary drawn employees.
Hence, all DDOS are instructed to update the following entries before payroll run on 18.06.2021 in the IFHRMS system to reduce gap between total No. of employees and salary claimed employees.
1. Retirement Case
2. Death
3. Duplicate
4. Long leave / Loss of Pay
5. Transferring process
6. Medical Leave
7. Foreign Service Case
8. VRS
